Here at The Warm Welly Company, we are always looking to improve our wellies, and are confident that they should do the job that is intended. In the past when we have had problems with our wellies, Simon looks to sort those out straight away - and if they have been looked after but have failed within the year, he offered a refund or replacement pair.  We've been developing kids wellies for 18 years and are confident in what we sell. It means we have had very few issues with our kids range, and any problems with our adult wellies are swiftly rectified by the team.

Our production runs are overseen by Simon, and now that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, Simon has been able to develop and test new prototype adult wellies.  That means the new Milton, Kingwater, Gelt and Eamont adult wellies are improved on our previous adult wellies.

We have introduced a one year guarantee on all our current style wellies and gardening shoes because we wanted to reassure customers that we stand by our wellies.  If you read our reviews you will know that we look after customers and deal with issues very quickly, but now, you can see in black and white that we offer a guarantee on our wellies. We hope it gives you the reassurance you need if you haven't tried our wellies before. Of course, in return, we also expect that you will look after your wellies with due care and attention.
