Returns

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, please complete the returns form on the back of your invoice and you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt. Items being returned must be unworn and in a fully saleable condition and in their original packaging.

We offer free returns via Evri; click here and visit the Evri website, you can either take your parcel to an Evri drop off point or arrange for a collection. Please use your order number as your order ID. 

If you want to exchange for a different size, please re-order via our website and return your wellies for a refund.

Any refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the item to the payment method originally used to purchase the item.
