Deliveries
Deliveries
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and they collect from us every week day, excluding Bank Holidays. All goods will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date of the order being placed, however we usually aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
We can offer you three different choices for delivery:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working days) — £4.50 for the first pair of wellies and £1.50 for each extra pair.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) — £6.00 for the first pair of wellies and £1.50 for each extra pair of wellies.
- Collect from Farm — Please contact us to arrange a time for collection as we are not always in the welly barn.
You will be able to see the postage charge for your shopping cart before you actually place your order.
Overseas orders are currently suspended. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, or you've simply changed your mind, please complete the returns form on the back of your invoice and you may return it for a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt. Items being returned must be unworn and in a fully saleable condition and in their original packaging.
We offer free returns via Evri — click here to visit the Evri website, and you can choose to either take your parcel to an Evri drop off point or arrange for a collection. Please use your order number as your order ID.
If you want to exchange for a different size, please re-order via our website and return your wellies for a refund.

Louise I bought these for dog walking to keep at home as a second pair to my Aigle wellies so they could stay at the stables. The warm wellies are comfortable and have lots of grip. I've actually swapped them for stables use as they are a better fit around the calf which prevents straw and hay going down my wellies. I've had both Le Chameau and Aigle wellies but in my opinion, so far, these are just as good for a much better price. I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Kimberley I’ve been looking since last year for wellies for very muddy plantation/glen dog walks. Didn’t want to buy from the ‘big’ companies so I was very happy when I found this British family run business. I can be anywhere from a size 5 to a 6 but went for the 6 in the end and they are a great fit. Also great length for me, I am 5 8”. Just about put them on for another walk!

Toni Nice warm boot, only good to wear with skinny jeans. Walking dogs, horse yard etc. Not really ideal for farming if you want to wear overalls. 5* for non farming activities, 1*for farming which they were brought for.

Gerard I needed a new pair of wellies and I didn't want the same cheap ones I always get. Warm Wellies were I think the first Google search and as the reviews were so good, I didn't bother to look around. They arrived very quickly in a very classy box and looked great. The rubber is much softer than usual boots so they are much comfier than cheaper boots. They are like outdoor slippers they are so comfortable. Love them...
